Sherry Ghodousi and Arash Foroughi both experienced dentists, moved to Canada in 2011. They established themselves in Winnipeg by opening the Redwood Dental Clinic, one of Winnipeg’s favourites and now a clinic of more than 15 staff.
With their success and their drive to do bigger and better things, they turned to real estate in Winnipeg. However, this is not their first encounter with real estate investment. Before coming to Canada they lived in Dubai and Iran where they successfully invested in multiple projects.
Upon their arrival in Winnipeg, they felt there was a lack of new, stylish, affordable housing. They decided to make this their focus – to bring nice new rental homes to the residents of Winnipeg.
